Twitter who is king of real time information and updates, has forgot to update its own copyright of the site.Yes, it is strange,but true.Whether Twitter has deliberately left copyright year to 2009 or they just simply forget?
I’ve seen all major site like,Google,Yahoo,Microsoft,facebook and not found any single one which left or forget to update their websites.Then, why and how ,Twitter done that?

Twitter can try PHP code to update their copyright.
